I need help

If you need help with something, or something isn’t working on our platform or website, we’ll work hard to sort this for you as soon as we can. 

Just get in touch using the chat function, with some information on what you were trying to do. It’s helpful for us to have information like what browser you are using, and what type of device you are using.

If there is anything on Valla that you think could be improved, or a new feature that you would like to see, we’d also love to hear from you! 

How to use the chat function

To send us a message on the built-in chat function: 

1. Select the chat icon at the bottom of the screen when you are signed in to the Valla platform.
2. Select ‘Send us a message’
3. Write your message in the chat box. You can add attachments if you like.
4. One of the team will pick this up and get back to you within 24 hours.
5. When we reply, it will show up in the chat box if you are logged in, and you can reply there if you like. We will also email you the reply, and you can reply by email, too.
